I wasn't enthralled, but I enjoyed it. But I found the flashbacks in this episode to be almost completely irrelevant to anything I cared about.
You'll be shocked to hear that Leah and I haven't been missing any episodes of Prison Break.

I thought it was great. I too was very happy that they focused on One of the cliffhangers, as I feel that allowed them to explain the solution (or well discovery) in detail, as opposed to glossing over it. I thought it was great that Kate and Jack verbally spoke about what they saw drag John Locke off in the prior episode. It adds validaty to the fact that now they know something freaky is going on, and the lines between Science and Faith (a battle that I can relate well to) are getting a little blury. I think this season is going to be oh so great.

I am shocked! I've been watching it also, and I like it, but within certain limits.
And as for the flashbacks: well, I think they're very important, since we know another character who underwent a similar miraculous recovery. But, still, I couldn't get over Jack having David Duchovny's hair in the flashbacks.
